Client portal terms
For clients of an accounting firm who use the COHESORA client portal.
Who provides the portal
Your accounting firm invited you to its client portal. The firm decides what it asks you for and which documents it shares with you; it is responsible for the personal data you send (it is the 'controller'). INVICTT AI provides the software to the firm (as its 'processor').
Using the portal
- Keep your password private; you can turn on multi-factor authentication in Account.
- Send only documents and information your accountant has asked for or that relate to your engagement with them.
- Do not send payment card numbers or passwords in messages.
- Your firm can remove your access at any time; you are signed out immediately.
What you can see
Only your own information requests, key dates, the documents you send and documents your firm chooses to share. You cannot see the firm's internal notes, tasks, staff or other clients.
Your data
Questions about your personal data, or requests to access or erase it, go to your accounting firm. Records the firm must keep by law (for example tax evidence) may be retained after an erasure request.
Decisions required before this can take effect
Matters for professional legal approval or for INVICTT AI to determine. They are deliberately not answered here.
- Whether portal users must accept these terms explicitly at activation.
- Whether firms may add their own portal terms.
