Terms of Service
The agreement between an accounting firm and INVICTT AI for using COHESORA.
1. The service
COHESORA is a web application for accounting practices: client records, engagements and tasks, document upload with text/OCR extraction and review, team access control, optional connections to accounting software, and reporting. It is operated by INVICTT AI. The legal entity name, registration number and registered address are not yet published and must be added before these documents can take effect.
COHESORA does not file returns, make payments, or write to accounting software. The assistant answers from your records with fixed queries; it does not call an external language model.
2. Accounts and the firm administrator
A person who creates a firm becomes its administrator and confirms they are authorised to bind the firm. Administrators must enable multi-factor authentication. The firm is responsible for the people it invites, their roles, and the clients they can see.
3. Early-access status
COHESORA is an early-access product run on infrastructure operated by INVICTT AI, including a computer operated by INVICTT AI. Availability is not guaranteed; there is no service-level agreement. Features may change.
4. Trial and paid access
Each new firm receives a trial of 14 days from sign-up. Paid plans, prices and payment collection are not available yet. See the Trial terms for what happens at expiry.
5. Your data
The firm remains the owner of the data it puts into COHESORA and is the data controller for personal data about its clients and staff. INVICTT AI acts as processor under the Data Processing Agreement. The firm can export all of its data at any time (Settings → Export all firm data), including after a trial has ended.
6. Acceptable use
Use of the service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Liability, warranties, termination, governing law
Not drafted. These clauses require legal judgement and are listed under Decisions required.
