Invictt AI operates this website and is responsible for the information described below. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@invictt.com.

Only what you type into the contact form, which is: your name and email address (both required), and optionally your phone number, company name, the service you are enquiring about, and any message you write.

Our server also records ordinary technical information with each submission — the time, the page you submitted from, and your browser's user-agent string. Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit the form against automated abuse (a maximum of five submissions per hour from the same address); it is not stored alongside your enquiry.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds anywhere on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not attempt to identify you across other websites.

This site sets no cookies at all.

If you use the light/dark theme switch, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It holds nothing but the word "light" or "dark", it never leaves your device, and it is not sent to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Submitting the contact form sends your details to our server, which validates them and then hands them to whichever delivery mechanism is currently configured for this deployment. We do not run a database, and your enquiry is not stored by this website beyond what that delivery mechanism itself retains.

If no third-party delivery provider is configured, your submission is recorded in our hosting provider's server logs, visible only to us, and is not sent to any external company. If a delivery provider is configured — for sending your enquiry to our inbox by email, for example — that provider processes the message only in order to deliver it, and does not receive any other information about you.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with anyone, and we do not use it for marketing or add you to any mailing list.

We do not operate a database of enquiries, so there is no fixed retention schedule to describe. Once a delivery mechanism has passed your enquiry to us, it exists only where that mechanism places it — our own inbox or server logs.

You can ask us to delete any enquiry you have sent, and we will do so from anywhere it is within our control.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you from your use of this site, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@invictt.com and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Because this site collects information only when you choose to submit the contact form, the simplest way to control what we hold is to control what you send us.

The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form validates and rate-limits submissions before they are processed.

No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential documents or credentials through the contact form. If you need to send us something sensitive, ask and we will arrange a suitable channel.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We do not keep a public archive of previous versions, but we will tell you what changed if you ask.
